General conditions

The Logistics Services Conditions (LSV 2014, translated as ‘LSC 2014′), as filed on 2 April 2014, and the general terms and conditions they refer to, apply to all our activities and legal relationships with clients, with deletion of the last sentence of Art. 6 paragraph 5 LSV 2014. To customs and tax services, the Dutch Forwarding Conditions of Fenex, filed on 1 May 2018, apply. Applicability of clients’ conditions is expressly rejected.

Dutch Forwarding Conditions

 

All tariffs are: 

– based on door -to-door transport, reachable with international trailer

– based on 1 loading and 1 unloading address for non-hazardous general merchandise

– excluding tail lift trailer delivery

– exclusive ADR and/or IMO surcharges

– exclusive VAT

– inclusive German Maut and Finnish harbor charges

– exclusive flexible fuel surcharge (Except offered ALL IN rates)

– under approval of typing errors

 

Conversion factors:                                                      General loading/unloading slots: 

– 1 m3 = 333 kg                                                                               – weight < 2.501 kg:        max. 30 min

– 1 loading meter = 1.750 kg                                                        – weight < 15.000 kg:      max. 1 hour

– 1 europallet = 700 kg = 0.4 loading meters                         – weight > 15.000 kg:      max. 2 hours

– 1 blockpallet = 875 kg = 0.5 loading meters

 

 

Surcharges for hazardous goods : 

  1. A: 1.1 + 1.2 + 1.3 + 1.4 (excl. 1.4S) + 1.5 + 1.6                                                                                                                 € 535,–

B: 2.1 + 2.3 + 5.2 + 3 (flashpoint down –18°C)                                                                                                                          € 215,–

C: 2.2 + 4.1 + 4.2 + 4.3 + 5.1 + 8 + 3 (flashpoint > -18°C < 22,9°C)                                                                                     € 175,–

D: 1.4 S + 2 Aerosols + 6.1 + 9 + 3 (flashpoint > 23°C < 61°C)                                                                                       € 125,-

E: 6.2 + 7 on request

 

Prices ADR stickers each class                                                                                   € 55,-

 

Hazardous shipments under 2.500 kg of class B, C, & D = -/- 50%.

 

For the Baltic Region the surcharge is on request.

 

Units with hazardous goods will only be accepted on the ferries if all IMDG -requirements are fulfilled and the Dangerous Goods Declaration is properly filled out; moreover the shipper has to provide 4 trailer marking stickers (per class) and Dangerous Goods Notes for road transport, as dictated by law.

 

Extra cost and surcharges: 

– extra (un-)loading address:                                                                       On request

– opening Ex -1 document:                                                                           € 55,– (per shipment/per item)

– waiting hours:                                                                                                 € 60,–/hour  (calculate each ½ hour)

– cancellation cost:                                                                                         70% of the agreed transport price,

when cancelled (on day of loading)

100% of the agreed transport price, when cancelled (presence on loading place)

– thermo charges or box trailer                                                  surcharge of 25% on the standard rate

 

Terms of payment: 

30 days net after invoice date
