All activities of Freight Frame as a road carrier are subject to the most recent version of the General Transport Conditions (AVC) 2002, among others filed with the court in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, for international transport in addition to the CMR Convention. Other activities of Freight Frame take place under the applicability of the most recent version of the TLN physical distribution conditions, among others filed with the court in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. These conditions can be found here. Upon first request, a copy of the aforementioned conditions will be sent to the client free of charge. Freightframe is expressly entitled to accept the general terms and conditions of any third parties engaged in the performance of its work, and to invoke these towards the client if necessary. Assignments are performed only under the applicability of the aforementioned conditions and to the exclusion of any conditions of the client. Dutch law is applicable. The court in Roermond, the Netherlands has joint jurisdiction. In case of doubt about the capacity in which Freightframe acts or which conditions apply, Freightframe will decide.
