All work of Freight Frame as road carrier is subject to the most recent version of the General Terms and Conditions of Carriage (AVC) 2002, filed with the District Court of Rotterdam in the Netherlands, and in the event of international carriage supplementary to the CMR Convention. Other work by Freightframe is carried out subject to the most recent version of the TLN Physical Distribution terms and conditions filed with the District Court of Rotterdam in the Netherlands. These terms and conditions can be viewed: here A copy of the aforementioned terms and conditions will be sent to the client free of charge on request. In the event of instructions given to Freightframe, Freightframe is explicitly authorised to accept general terms and conditions of any third parties engaged for the performance of its work and if applicable, to invoke these with regard to the client. Instructions are carried out only under applicability of the aforementioned terms and conditions and with the exclusion of any terms and conditions of the client. Dutch law applies. The District Court of Roermond, the Netherlands also has jurisdiction. Freightframe will decide in the event of any doubt with regard to the capacity in which Freightframe is acting or which terms and conditions apply.
